Our activities are ecologically sustainable, what means that all productive processes must be in harmony with nature, starting from the production of quinoa up to the final end food product.
Quinoa cultivation under fairtrade conditions improves the standard of living of the producers. As a result, producers have a stable source of income, an adequate price for their work, the conservation of their cultivation practices and the valuation of their cultural identity.
We seek to promote responsible and sustainable productive and commercial patterns, as well as development opportunities for small and economically disadvantaged farmers and workers of small organizations (family businesses, associations or cooperatives).

ENSE Ltda. has established a valuable relationship of mutual cooperation and provision with several certified organic farmers of Quinoa & Chia around Bolivia. Thus, we encourage and make possible an increased production to achieve a better life and a future of progress for their families.

Its important to value in the Bolivian farmers the awareness, effort and dedication they have, to make their crops according to traditional practices which do not use any fertilizers or chemicals.
Farmers in Bolivia are distinguished because of their dedication to work, respect for Mother Earth and the preservation of their cultural values.
